FLUXIOPAY FEES & CHARGES DISCLOSURE

This Fees & Charges Disclosure explains all fees applicable to the use of the FluxioPay platform. This document must be read together with the FluxioPay Terms and Conditions and Voucher Terms of Use.

FluxioPay is committed to transparent pricing. There are no hidden charges.

1. ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

FluxioPay charges an administrative fee of 3.95% on the following transactions:

1.1 Voucher Purchases

A 3.95% admin fee is deducted at the time of purchasing a new FluxioPay voucher.
The voucher balance reflects the net value after the fee.

Example:

Voucher purchase amount: R1,000.00

Admin fee (3.95%): R39.50

Net voucher value credited: R960.50

1.2 Voucher Top-Ups

A 3.95% admin fee is deducted when topping up an existing voucher.
The net amount after the fee is added to the voucher balance.

Example:

Top-up amount: R500.00

Admin fee (3.95%): R19.75

Net amount added to voucher: R480.25

2. TRANSACTIONS WITH NO FEES

FluxioPay does not charge any fees for the following:

Transfers between a user’s own FluxioPay vouchers
Viewing voucher balances or transaction history
Renaming vouchers
Adding or managing group members

3. CONVERSION TO STORE GIFT CARDS

No additional admin fee is charged at the point of conversion.
The value of Store Gift Cards is deducted directly from the available voucher balance.
Conversions are final and irreversible.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

All administrative fees are non-refundable.
Fees are charged for platform services, processing, compliance, and operational costs.
No refunds will be issued once a transaction has been successfully completed.

5. DISPLAY AND DISCLOSURE OF FEES

Applicable fees are displayed during checkout for voucher purchases and top-ups.
Users must acknowledge and accept the applicable admin fee before completing payment.
Voucher balances always display the net value after fees have been deducted.

6. CHANGES TO FEES

FluxioPay reserves the right to amend its fees from time to time. Any changes will be published on the platform and will apply only after publication.
