No. FluxioPay vouchers cannot be converted to cash. They can only be used to buy store gift cards available on the platform.
📊 How many vouchers can I have?
You can have up to 10 FluxioPay vouchers, with a combined total value of not more than R49,999.99 across all vouchers.
➕ Can I top up my voucher at any time?
Yes. You can top up any of your vouchers at any time using PayFast, subject to applicable admin fees.
🧾 What fees apply when I buy or top up a voucher?
A 3.95% admin fee applies to both voucher purchases and top-ups. The net amount credited to your voucher is shown before you confirm payment.
👥 Can I use FluxioPay as a group?
Yes. You can create a group account where multiple members can top up and view balances. Only the account owner can convert vouchers into store gift cards.
🛒 How do I buy store gift cards using my voucher?
Log in to your account, select a voucher, choose up to three retailers, allocate amounts, and complete the conversion using your voucher balance.
⏱️ How long does it take to receive store gift cards?
Store gift cards are delivered digitally and loaded to your account within 24 hours after conversion is completed.
🗑️ What happens if my voucher balance reaches zero?
If a voucher remains at R0 for 90 days, it will be automatically deleted. You can also delete it manually if the balance is zero.
