FLUXIOPAY GROUP ACCOUNT TERMS

These Group Account Terms govern the creation, management, and use of Group Accounts on the FluxioPay platform. These terms must be read together with the FluxioPay Terms and Conditions, Voucher Terms of Use, and related policies.
By creating or participating in a Group Account, you agree to be bound by these Group Account Terms.
1. DEFINITION OF A GROUP ACCOUNT
1.1 A Group Account is a FluxioPay account created by a primary user (“Account Owner”) that allows multiple individuals (“Group Members”) to access vouchers under defined permissions.
1.2 Group Accounts are intended for shared saving, gifting, and planned spending purposes.
2. ACCOUNT OWNER
2.1 The individual who registers and creates the Group Account is the Account Owner.
2.2 The Account Owner:

Has full administrative control over the Group Account

Is responsible for all activity on the account

Is the legal owner of all vouchers and balances in the Group Account
2.3 FluxioPay recognises only the Account Owner as the primary authority for the Group Account.
3. GROUP MEMBERS
3.1 Group Members are individuals invited by the Account Owner to participate in a Group Account.
3.2 There is no limit on the number of Group Members that may be added to a Group Account.
3.3 Group Members must create their own FluxioPay login credentials to access the Group Account.
4. GROUP MEMBER PERMISSIONS
4.1 Group Members may:

View voucher balances
-
View voucher transaction history
-
Top up vouchers using approved payment methods
4.2 Group Members may not:
-
Convert vouchers into Store Gift Cards
-
Transfer balances between vouchers
-
Delete vouchers
-
Remove other Group Members
-
Close the Group Account
4.3 All conversions and administrative actions are restricted to the Account Owner.
5. VOUCHER OWNERSHIP AND BALANCES
5.1 All vouchers and balances in a Group Account belong exclusively to the Account Owner, regardless of which Group Member performed a top-up.
5.2 Contributions made by Group Members do not create ownership rights, claims, or entitlements against FluxioPay.
5.3 FluxioPay will not adjudicate disputes regarding contributions or entitlement between Group Members.
6. NOTIFICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
6.1 FluxioPay may send notifications regarding Group Account activity to:

The Account Owner, and
-
Group Members whose contact details have been provided
6.2 Notifications are for informational purposes only.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND INTERNAL GOVERNANCE
7.1 The Account Owner is responsible for:

Managing Group membership

Ensuring Group Members understand their permissions
-
Any misuse or unauthorised activity within the Group Account
7.2 FluxioPay recommends that structured groups such as stokvels, social clubs, associations, and similar savings groups adopt a written constitution or agreement governing:

Contributions
-
Decision-making
-
Conversion authority
-
Internal dispute resolution
7.3 All Group Members should review and sign such a constitution or agreement.
7.4 FluxioPay will not be involved in internal group disputes and will act only if legally compelled by a valid court order.
8. TERMINATION OF GROUP ACCOUNTS
8.1 The Account Owner may remove Group Members at any time.
8.2 FluxioPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Group Account if:

Fraud or abuse is suspected

These terms are violated
-
Required by law or regulation
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 FluxioPay is not responsible for:

Disputes between Group Members
-
Losses arising from Group Member actions
-
Decisions made by the Account Owner
9.2 All liabilities remain subject to the limitations set out in the FluxioPay Terms and Conditions.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
FluxioPay may update these Group Account Terms from time to time. Continued participation in a Group Account constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Group Account Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
