FLUXIOPAY REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations may or may not be permitted on the FluxioPay platform. This policy must be read together with the FluxioPay Terms and Conditions, Voucher Terms of Use, and Fees & Charges Disclosure.
By using FluxioPay, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. NO REFUNDS POLICY
1.1 All transactions on FluxioPay are final.
1.2 FluxioPay does not offer refunds for:

Voucher purchases
-
Voucher top-ups
-
Voucher conversions into Store Gift Cards
-
Administrative fees
1.3 FluxioPay vouchers are:
-
Non-cashable
-
Non-refundable
-
Not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents
2. CANCELLATIONS
2.1 Once a voucher purchase or top-up has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.
2.2 Once a voucher has been converted into Store Gift Cards:

The conversion cannot be reversed
-
The transaction cannot be cancelled
-
No refund will be issued
3. ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
3.1 Administrative fees are charged for platform services, processing, compliance, and operational costs.
3.2 Administrative fees arenon-refundable under all circumstances.
4. TECHNICAL ERRORS
4.1 In the event of a verified technical error caused solely by FluxioPay (such as duplicate charging or system malfunction), FluxioPay may, at its sole discretion:

Correct the error, or
-
Issue a replacement voucher or value adjustment
4.2 No cash refunds will be issued, even in cases of technical error.
5. THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS
5.1 Store Gift Cards are issued by third-party retailers.
5.2 FluxioPay is not responsible for:

Retailer redemption issues
-
Retailer policy changes
-
Retailer refusal to honour gift cards due to misuse
5.3 Refunds will not be issued for Store Gift Cards once delivered.
6. CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (CPA)
6.1 FluxioPay operates in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
6.2 Due to the nature of digital vouchers and digital gift cards:

The CPA cooling-off provisions do not apply once delivery or access has occurred.
7. DISPUTES AND QUERIES
7.1 Users who believe an error has occurred must contact FluxioPay within a reasonable time.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
FluxioPay reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
