This Regulatory Disclaimer explains the regulatory status of FluxioPay and the nature of the services provided on the platform. This disclaimer must be read together with the FluxioPay Terms and Conditions and related policies.

1. NO BANKING OR FINANCIAL SERVICES

FluxioPay is a digital voucher management platform operated by KRIM Group (PTY) LTD.

FluxioPay:

Is not a bank
Is not a deposit-taking institution
Is not an electronic money issuer
Is not a financial services provider
Does not provide credit, lending, investment, or financial advisory services

2. VOUCHERS ARE NOT MONEY

FluxioPay vouchers:

Do not constitute money, funds, or electronic money
Are not legal tender
Do not represent a claim against a bank or financial institution

Voucher balances represent stored value for use within the FluxioPay platform only.

3. NO CASH CONVERSION

FluxioPay does not allow:

Cash withdrawals
Conversion of vouchers into cash
Redemption of vouchers for cash or cash equivalents

Any attempt to do so is a violation of FluxioPay policies.

4. THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS

Store Gift Cards available on FluxioPay are issued by independent third-party retailers.

FluxioPay:

Does not control retailer operations
Does not guarantee retailer performance
Is not responsible for retailer insolvency, closure, or policy changes

5. REGULATORY POSITION

FluxioPay operates outside the scope of:

Banking regulation
Deposit-taking regulation
Electronic money regulation

FluxioPay operates as a voucher-based service platform under South African law.

6. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

FluxioPay does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

Users are responsible for their own financial decisions and usage of the platform.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FluxioPay’s liability is limited in accordance with the FluxioPay Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Regulatory Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
