FLUXIOPAY VOUCHER TERMS OF USE

These Voucher Terms of Use (“Voucher Terms”) govern the issuance, management, and use of FluxioPay vouchers. These Voucher Terms form part of, and must be read together with, the FluxioPay Terms and Conditions and related policies.

By purchasing, holding, topping up, transferring, or converting a FluxioPay voucher, you agree to these Voucher Terms.

1. NATURE OF FLUXIOPAY VOUCHERS

1.1 FluxioPay vouchers are digital stored-value vouchers issued for use exclusively on the FluxioPay platform.

1.2 FluxioPay vouchers:

Are not legal tender
Do not represent cash or electronic money
Are not bank accounts
Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash

1.3 Voucher balances represent stored value for use within FluxioPay only.

2. PURCHASE AND ISSUANCE

2.1 Vouchers may be purchased through the FluxioPay platform using approved payment methods.

2.2 Upon successful payment, a voucher is automatically created and allocated to the user’s account.

2.3 Each voucher:

Has a unique system-generated reference
May be renamed by the user for identification purposes

3. FEES AND NET VALUE

3.1 A 3.95% administrative fee is charged on:

Voucher purchases
Voucher top-ups

3.2 Voucher balances always reflect the net value after the admin fee has been deducted.

3.3 Administrative fees are non-refundable.

4. TOP-UPS

4.1 Users may top up existing vouchers at any time.

4.2 Top-ups are subject to the same admin fee and rules as initial voucher purchases.

4.3 The net top-up amount, after fees, is added to the voucher balance once payment is successful.

5. VOUCHER BALANCE LIMITS

5.1 A user may hold up to ten (10) FluxioPay vouchers at any time.

5.2 The combined total value of all vouchers held by a user may not exceed R49,999.99.

5.3 FluxioPay reserves the right to restrict or block transactions that would exceed these limits.

6. VALIDITY AND EXPIRY

6.1 Vouchers are valid for thirty-six (36) months from:

The date of purchase, or
The date of the most recent top-up, whichever is later.

6.2 A voucher that remains at a zero (0) balance for ninety (90) consecutive days may be automatically deleted.

6.3 Deleted vouchers cannot be restored.

7. TRANSFERS BETWEEN VOUCHERS

7.1 Users may transfer balances between their own FluxioPay vouchers.

7.2 No administrative fee is charged for internal transfers.

7.3 Transfers are final and cannot be reversed.

8. CONVERSION TO STORE GIFT CARDS

8.1 Vouchers may be converted into Store Gift Cards available on the platform.

8.2 Conversions:

Are final and irreversible
Cannot be cancelled
Cannot be refunded

8.3 A maximum of three (3) Store Gift Cards may be purchased per conversion.

8.4 The total value of selected Store Gift Cards may not exceed the available voucher balance.

9. FULFILMENT OF STORE GIFT CARDS

9.1 Store Gift Cards are issued by third-party retailers.

9.2 FluxioPay facilitates the purchase and delivery of Store Gift Cards through a semi-automated fulfilment process.

9.3 Store Gift Cards will be delivered via email and made available in the user’s account within 24 hours, subject to retailer availability and operational factors.

9.4 FluxioPay is not responsible for retailer redemption policies, availability, or system failures.

10. GROUP ACCOUNTS

10.1 In Group Accounts:

Group members may view balances and transaction history
Group members may top up vouchers
Only the Account Owner may convert vouchers

10.2 All vouchers and balances belong to the Account Owner, regardless of which Group Member performed a top-up.

11. NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-CASHABLE

11.1 FluxioPay vouchers are non-refundable.

11.2 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn in any form.

12. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

12.1 Users are responsible for:

Ensuring sufficient voucher balance before conversion
Selecting correct Store Gift Cards and amounts
Securing their account credentials

12.2 FluxioPay will not be liable for losses arising from user error or misuse.

13. FRAUD AND MISUSE

13.1 FluxioPay reserves the right to monitor voucher activity and suspend or terminate vouchers suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

FluxioPay may update these Voucher Terms from time to time. Continued use of vouchers constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Voucher Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
